Everything your customers see — your site, the portal and the shop.
Settings then Useful Information holds the web address to give customers for their portal, with a Copy button, and a printable QR code for the same address. Print the QR code and put it on the counter so customers can reach the portal with a phone camera instead of typing anything.
Settings then Customer Portal controls what customers can do for themselves: change or cancel confirmed appointments, get deposits refunded automatically, how far ahead they must book, and which details they must give when adding a pet. Changing a confirmed booking sends it back to Awaiting Confirmation rather than moving it silently.
Settings then Online Shop has four modes: Disabled, View Only, Collection Only and Full Online Sales. View Only works on its own, but taking money needs SumUp connected, and delivery needs at least one postage option. The shop sells the same products you sell over the counter, so stock counts stay correct.
Settings then Products holds everything you sell that is not an appointment. A name and price are all you need, but adding cost and a minimum stock level is what makes profit reporting and low stock alerts work. Never delete a product you have already sold — mark it not visible instead so past sales still add up.
